who is take24?

take24project started out as the brainchild of journalist & TV News reporter Brittney Kleyn.

There's no science to taking 24 minutes a day, but you get the gist. You’ve got 24 hours, take a small fraction each day to move and move well.

In the process of the project, this serial sweater found the stillness of yoga. She is now grateful for the privilege to share that in complementing her own training. She has completed 300 hours of yoga teacher training with Creature Yoga in Byron Bay.

As a passionate Crossfitter, Brittney also enjoys bringing elements of functional movement to her classes, as well her former training as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor (Body Attack & Grit)

Brittney continues to report for ABC News and work as a freelance producer, presenter and copy writer.

Brittney also regularly writes and commentates for the Morning Chalk up about her beloved sport of CrossFit. In 2020, she’ll also play a crucial reporting role for the Olympics in Tokyo.
